The ALIX S15 lookbook was shot by world-renowned New York filmmaker and photographer, Cheryl Dunn. Cheryl is known best for her inspiring ability to capture images, most predominantly in street photography. She has mastered the genre, which coordinated with the concept for the S15 collection perfectly.

A bodysuit is a classic piece that is both functional and dynamic: ideal clothing for a true New Yorker. The pieces in the new collection are all named after the city's streets. The concept is about getting back to basics with a contemporary twist.

At a skate park in the iconic Lower East Side, Cheryl photographed the S15 collection in an active and compelling manner, embracing the raw environment. Designer Alexandra Alvarez drew a lot of inspiration from the landscape of skateparks, focusing on the depth and curves of the ramps, the clean lines, and the ever-present element of motion. These aspects of the shoot's urban backdrop are reflected in the cuts and fibers of ALIX's new S15 collection.
