GARMENT CARE

In 2015, the Environmental Protection Agency estimated the US generated 11.9 million tons of textile waste. That means 11.9 billion tons, or about 75 pounds of clothing per person, ended up in landfills. We design and craft our garments with the upmost care, looking to create long-lasting pieces that will take you season through season.

To add to the longevity of your piece, we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. For silk pieces, please consider eco-friendly dry cleaning.

For our swimwear, we recommend hand rinsing your suit after getting into water to release any salt or chlorine, as these chemicals can deteriorate the material over time. To avoid stretching the material or adding high heat, hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. If you choose to machine wash your suit, we recommend doing so with cold water and a mild detergent, and laying flat to dry.
